New Workflow Actions: Less Admin, More Automation
Workflows can now format text, calculate values and use UK postcode data, all without spreadsheets or manual fixes.
What's New
We've added three new workflow actions:
- Format Text
- Calculate Value
- UK Postcode Location
Each one handles a small admin step that used to need a person, a spreadsheet or another system.
That means: workflows can clean, calculate and check information on their own, then keep moving.
Format Text
Names, references and extracted text often arrive messy or inconsistent. Format Text tidies it up automatically, converting it to UPPER CASE, lower case or Proper Case.
Use it for: customer names, job references, form or email data, anything heading into another system.
Calculate Value
Add, subtract, multiply or divide values directly inside a workflow, no spreadsheet required. Use it for totals, quantities, charges or estimates.
Use it for: checking values against a threshold, calculating totals before a job updates, working out quantities from a form.
UK Postcode Location
Turn any UK postcode into latitude and longitude, so workflows know exactly where a job sits. That powers area checks, routing and regional logic automatically.
Use it for: flagging out-of-area jobs, routing by region, prepping data for mapping or scheduling tools.
