The Customer Solutions Consultant owns the design and delivery of customer solutions from initial pre-sales conversations through onboarding and early-stage adoption. This is a technical and delivery role, acting as the bridge between customer needs and the Build Concierge platform. 

The Customer Solutions Advisor is a hybrid technical specialist, onboarding guide, and customer champion responsible for supporting customers throughout their entire journey with Build Concierge. From pre-sales discovery and demos to onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and long-term success, this role ensures customers achieve maximum value from our AI-powered platform.

The Professional Services Manager will define, shape and grow our Professional Services function, evolving today’s standardised onboarding delivery into a broader, more mature Professional Services capability as we scale.
